1. The Consultation
- Talk with the client first to understand their event goals and needs.
- Assess service fit to ensure our offerings align with your specific vision.
- Explore concepts and define the scope of your project through private dialogue.
2. Calendar Exclusivity (The Retainer Fee)
- Pay a set retainer fee to secure your coveted date on our master calendar.
- Lock in availability exclusively for your event, ensuring our team’s undivided focus.
- Limit commissions to maintain uncompromising quality for every client.
3. Engagement & Design Commencement (50% Booking Deposit)
- Pay 50% of the total cost after the initial booking to officially start the working agreement.
- Initiate the partnership, granting you full access to our design infrastructure, vendor networks, and creative planning resources.
- Allow work to begin on our end as we start curating your event.
4. Scope Refinement & Final Culmination
- Conduct a comprehensive review to talk through final project details, tasks, and logistics.
- Set a clear timeline for all deliverables to ensure a seamless execution.
- Pay the final balance exactly thirty days before the event to allow for flawless, stress-free precision.
Cancellation Policy (must be done via email)

50% deposit is due to confirm your booking.

Cancellations made up to 7 days or more prior to your confirmed date will be processed without a penalty.

Cancellations made 3 to 7 days prior to your confirmed date, your 50% deposit will be forfeited.

Cancellations made up to 72 hours or less prior to your confirmed date, 50% deposit will be forfeited and remaining balance of 50% will be due forthwith and credit card on file will be charged. This also applies to no shows.

Cancellation due to Weather, Clients/Our Team can cancel without penalty due to severe weather, but funds are retained as a non-refundable credit which can be applied toward a rescheduled booking within 1 year from the original booking date.

If Island Vibe Destinations cancels a confirmed booking, other options within our portfolio will be provided subject to availability. If the client does not approve, all monies received to date will be refunded to the client.
(this cancellation policy does not apply to destination weddings, villa rentals and crewed yacht charters.)
