About Villa Dulcinea

Villa Dulcinea is nestled into the hillside of Belmont Estates at the northwest end of Tortola, overlooking two stunning beaches: Smugglers Cove and Long Bay Beach.

The villa comprises three separate buildings with broad, unobstructed views of the sea and islands. The main building includes a living room, dining area, two bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, and a kitchen. The pool deck extends to the master bedroom building, which has two additional bedrooms. The East Wing under the carport contains two extra rooms with 10-foot ceilings serving as a media room and library.

Each bedroom is air-conditioned with custom-built wood closets and shelving. All four ensuite bathrooms feature unique combinations of stone and colorful glass tiles with distinct vanities and sinks.

The gourmet kitchen boasts pale yellow stained maple hardwood cabinets extending 9.5 feet high, limestone countertops, and an oversized stainless steel sink.

The pool is a glass tile-embedded jewel. A stone staircase leads from the pool deck to a natural walkway along the home's lower portion. A private, enclosed stone and glass tile outdoor shower is located in the courtyard corner.

Villa Dulcinea offers expansive water views. To the east is a curving coastline, pristine Caribbean waters, and the island of Jost Van Dyke. To the west are Smugglers’ Bay Cove and several nearby islands.
