Property DescriptionThe View Villa is a captivating 2-bedroom luxury villa in the British Virgin Islands, featuring spectacular views over Long Bay Beach, a private driveway, and entrance. Fully renovated in 2022, it offers air conditioning throughout, WiFi, high-speed cable internet and TV, and all essential amenities.

The contemporary kitchen includes Corian countertops, a breakfast bar, modern appliances, Italian stone tile floors, and an expanded outdoor dining terrace with large sliding glass doors that reveal stunning views over nearby islands such as Jost Van Dyke, Sandy Cay, and Green Cay. The villa is a short walk from Long Bay Beach.

The villa can be rented as a whole or as the downstairs Garden Suite only. It’s perfect for families or friends. For larger groups, the nearby Seabreeze Villa is a great option for everyone to stay close by.

Upstairs is the penthouse suite with high vaulted ceilings, stone tile flooring, a comfortable living area with sofa and TV, a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom and shower, and a private balcony with panoramic views—ideal for a romantic moment. It’s fully air-conditioned with ceiling fans and has a kitchenette with sink and small refrigerator behind louvered doors.

The downstairs Garden Suite includes a king-size bedroom, separate bathroom and shower, modern kitchen and living area, outdoor terrace with BBQ and dining for six, all with ocean views. The suite has its own balcony with lounge seating and is fully air-conditioned with ceiling fans in every room.

Alfresco dining on the terrace is magical at night, surrounded by tropical gardens with cooling trade winds and the sound of ocean surf.

The villa is located within the beautiful Long Bay area and is only a 5-minute walk to the mile-long white sandy beach. Long Bay Beach Resort with its beach bar, café, and fine dining is nearby, as is Tropical Fusion restaurant on the beachfront.

Other popular spots including Apple Bay, Carrot Bay, Cane Garden Bay, and Soper’s Hole are a short drive away. Surfers will enjoy world-class breaks in Apple Bay, Carrot Bay, and Cane Garden Bay. Excellent snorkeling is available at Smuggler’s Cove near Nigel’s Beach Bar.
