Terms & Conditions
Security Deposit: $750 (waived if paying by credit card)
Reservation Deposit: $1,000 due with signed contract
Payment Schedule:
50% of rental fee due 90 days before arrival
Remaining balance, hotel tax, and deposit due 45 days before arrival
All payments must be completed 30 days before arrival
Cleaning Fee: $350 for stays less than 7 nights
Hotel Tax: 12.5% Virgin Islands tax applies
Daily rates may be available based on group size (4-night minimum)
