Property Description
Summersalt is located in the exclusive Belmont Estate neighborhood in the West End of Tortola, offering tropical understated grace. This custom villa features 3 bedrooms, a separate guesthouse, and a pool, making it ideal for a Caribbean getaway or a home in Tortola’s best area.
Entry from the carport leads to the guesthouse, which includes a full kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom suite, plus a broad balcony with dining set and views of the Atlantic and Jost van Dyke.
The main house sits across a stone terrace surrounding the pool, with an outdoor seating area, fire-pit, outdoor shower, stainless BBQ grill, umbrella shades, and cocktail area.
The open-air dining table is custom crafted from tropical hardwoods and seats ten comfortably. Nearby is a professional kitchen, pantry, and laundry room. The large living area has windows and French doors facing the Cove and the Atlantic. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and a private outdoor shower with sea and tropical garden views.
Two large bedrooms below share a bathroom and open onto tropical gardens via glass doors and arched windows.
Modern amenities include air conditioning throughout, a large Smart TV in the living area, updated kitchen appliances, washer and dryer, and a standby propane-powered generator. Custom furnishings include deep chairs that can convert into beds for extra guests.
Summersalt Villa offers privacy and quiet while being close to Smuggler’s Cove Beach, rustic beach bars, Long Bay Resort, marinas, ferry terminals, restaurants, and a supermarket.
