About Elysium Guest Villa
The original owners designed this 1.44-acre site to offer privacy and comfort, with a two-bedroom, two-bath guest house featuring a pool for vacation rental income, while reserving the main house for personal use. The guest house was built first and inhabited during the main house construction. Architect Kate Acland blended Caribbean and Mediterranean styles to create an elegant indoor/outdoor beachside villa.
Both houses are fully independent, each with laundry rooms, private parking, and shaded patios, sharing the pool nearest the guest house. The villa overlooks the white sandy shores of Guana Island and Little Bay Beach, only a two-minute walk away. Decorative shell sculptures and custom tridacna shell sinks enhance the unique charm. The banana frond relief in the kitchen adds a special touch to this seaside treasure.
Successive owners have maintained the gardens and homes, preserving the estate’s beauty. Visitors often praise its convenient airport access, romantic private beach access, and beautifully manicured tropical gardens.
