Blu Tortu – a beautifully situated 3 bedroom villa on the hillside of the exclusive Belmont estate in Tortola, offering stunning views of the ocean and the white sand beaches of long bay and smugglers cove.

Elegant and well designed, the villa comprises two buildings – the main house and the separate master suite.

The main villa has a very open living room with 19 ft cathedral ceilings, comfortable seating and opens onto a superb covered terrace which is perfect for relaxing, watching the ocean and spectacular sunsets. Leading off from the living room is a dining room seating eight and also to the charming outdoor dining gazebo which is surrounded by tropical landscaping and ocean views.

The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with viking stove, refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, dishwasher and toaster oven.

From the living area a grand double staircase leads up to the two guest bedrooms, each with large en-suite bathrooms and walk-in showers. The bedrooms are spacious and beautifully decorated – one has a balcony opening onto the beautiful gardens, landscaped with banana trees, palms and colorful bougainvillea. The other guest room has a king size bed can be divided into twins with advance notice. This room looks over the pool and ocean.

The master suite is in a separate pavilion up the stairs from the pool deck. This is a large bedroom with four poster king bed and air-conditioning, a private terrace and a breathtaking panorama. It has an office area and a large bathroom with walk-in shower.

Everything about Blu Tortu is perfect and nothing more so than the 30 ft infinity pool looking out over the ocean, Jost van Dyke and the surrounding islands. A second gazebo is situated at one end of the pool providing the ideal place for alfresco lunches or watching the Caribbean at dusk.
